He complements his athletic background with a commercial education and a structured, economically driven approach to his work. His keen sense for contract processes and market dynamics forms the foundation of sustainable and responsible career planning.

Since 2020, Marc has been supporting athletes on a personal and individual basis, with a focus on long-term development, clear positioning, and well-informed decision-making.

Pascal Sahli is a former ice hockey player who now contributes his experience as a scout and video coach to Sahli Athletes. With an analytical mindset and a strong understanding of the game, he supports athletes in their development and in targeted performance evaluation.

Lucas Smith has extensive experience in ice hockey and played for many years as a defenseman. With his background in Canadian hockey and his close connections to North American junior leagues and universities, he supports the team with valuable market and league expertise as well as video coaching.

MLaw Fabian Steinmann supports Sahli Athletes in legal matters, particularly in contract and sports law. As a lawyer and former professional ice hockey player, he combines legal expertise with practical experience from professional sports and understands the legal opportunities and challenges in ice hockey firsthand.
